I primarily operate out of Alex Fitness, conveniently located in San Francisco's Castro district. Operation out of other facilities, including in-home training, may be possible pending a logistical conversation.
My training calendar begins at 7:30am each weekday, with 55-minute session slots available through the 12:30pm time slot.
Packages are offered in four and eight-week increments. In our initial consultation, we will agree upon frequency of workouts per week, which will determine the total cost of each package option. I have found that this model promotes consistency and habit-forming behavior, which is integral to any training approach.
Sessions purchased are not "use it or lose it" when it comes to travel or illness, so long as adequate notice is given, generally prior to 8pm on the night before.
Excessive morning-of cancellations may result in charged sessions. Cancellations or absences shiould be communicated via text message prior to 8pm PST, the day before the scheduled session; however, all clients are entitled to one "get out of jail free" morning-of cancellation per month, should emergencies arise that require last minute schedule changes.
Clients are not required to sign up for a full gym membership in order to work with a trainer at Alex Fitness. A monthly gym overhead maintenance fee of $53.95 provides clients with the ability to utilize the gym for personal training sessions. For clients with fewer than two sessions per week, punchcard options are available at a cost of $7 per visit.
